Description of Work: If you are considering Ted as a General Contractor on your home remodel I urge you to run in the other direction as fast as you can! We contracted originally with him to do a remodel of 3 bathrooms, the kitchen ,and to paint the entire interior of the home ,as well as to hang new closet doors. The paint job was the worst job imagineable the only thing I can think of is that he hired unexperienced cheap labor and left them on their own they couldn't cut a corner to save their lives.Ted personally spent months rectifying that botched job. Ted is an experienced cabinet maker and I will not fault his ability to craft cabinets,but the time he takes is unrealistic for most home owners. Our problem was we were in California and the home was in Livingston Montana so as long as we were out of sight with Ted we were out of his mind and he would do absolutely no work on our project for long stretches of time.I sent him 2 registered letters threatening to sue under Montana Construction Law. We finally took entire kitchen project away from him and it was completed by professionals quite quickly. We had a meeting with Ted over 5 months ago about his failure to complete job and when we left he had a list of about 7-8 things left to complete heaven't heard from him since. We are currently in the process of hiring another person to tear out the shower he installed and tiled in the project as it was such a bad job the tiles didn't line up the grout lines were uneven just overall sloppy terrible performance. Don't use this guy force him to find another line of work
