Our initial phone call was returned within an hour and a date was chosen. The toilet arrived sooner than expected so we quickly arranged an earlier date. Troy arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. All work was done neatly and he took our old toilet and all the packaging for the new one. All very quick and tidy. I prefer small, family-owned businesses.
