Very bad at estimating a repair , estimated at $1800.00 dollars on a repair for a vehicle with an approximate value of $5000.00 actual cost and charge to me on a credit card was $4200.00 more than 2 X the estimate!

They were okay.  They were very friendly.  I felt really like I was getting honest information and feedback.  There were times when you go to places like this, I would feel not sure if they are just ripping me off.  But they did their best and they were just really a good company.  I got my car on the day they said I would.  My friends who have been using them said that always have been good.

Car door suffered a 4" dent/ding, likely due to impact from another car door.  Brought car in for estimate.  A & D recommended paintless dent removal procedure.  Repair cost was estimated at $200.  Work was scheduled for the following week.  Car was dropped off in the a.m.; work was completed by mid-afternoon.  Completed repair was flawless, with no sign of original damage whatsoever.  Final cost matched estimate.  Start to finish, A & D did a fantastic job.  Highly recommend!
