I have used a couple of other ones and I think they are one of the longest running businesses in Great Falls and I think they are probably the most professional of all of them. It means a lot when some body has been in business for quite awhile and they do a good job. You can depend on them, where as most of the other companies haven't been here as long and sometimes there is issues with them and stuff. I think they are probably the best in my area here in Great Falls.

It was awesome. They were totally nice guys and I will get them again than with any garage doors. They have great customer service, they got there quick and took care of it.

When they came out they said they didn't have the right springs in stock. They closed the door for us (we were concerned about grizzly bears getting in) and said they'd be back. Weeks later they showed up with the springs. They didn't call for an appointment, just showed up in the driveway.
They did an excellent job of fixing the door. It works great. They told us we'd get a bill. We finally got a bill in February.
While I was very pleased with the job they did, I was less than pleased that they took so long to get the right springs. They didn't call to make an appointment to come back, just showed up in the driveway, and then took forever to bill us. I think they are excellent door repairers, just not good with the other parts of business.

They know what they are doing.
The only delay that I encountered was them trying to track down an old motor to replace the one that went out in order to save me from having to carry 2 different remote controls.
