Gill's Plumbing Heating & Cleaning

I called to schedule what I thought was going to be a free estimate on a furnace repair. The repairman arrived on time and was pleasant to work with. He investigated my issue, determined what was wrong, and calculated how much it would cost to repair. However, while he was there, he cleaned a sensor which is a $5 part and then charged me $76 for the visit. So much for the free estimate.

it went perfect. Had to come out 5 times but only charged me for 1 call. Kept working on it until it was perfect. Now it is. He is awesome.

They were fabulous. What a difference it makes in our home.

Personnel were prompt and on time for both the estimate and the work.  The bid was about the same as some, but far less expensive than some other estimates.  A few days prior to the date the work was to be done we received a call and were asked to move the date back a few days due to an emergency.  Since our work was not an emergency, we agreed.  It was nice to know that if an emergency does come up, they will work to get it taken care of.  As far as the work, it took a day and a half with the last day being cleanup.  The job exceeded my expectations as far as price and quality of work.  They did little things like recommending changing washing machine hoses and re-attaching a sink properly.  I would highly recommend them.

Once again we were very happy with the service provided by Gills. We got up Friday morning to water on the floor. Found it was coming from our hot water heater. Off went the water. Gill's was here by 9 am to check the problem. Ended up we needed a new unit.They not only had the one we needed in stock, they brought the less expensive unit hoping it could be installed. After a call to the city inspector it turned out we had to have a more expensive unit due to the way the contractor installed the first heater. So the higher price it was. It comes down to we did not want to go into the weekend without hot water. Gill's was johnny on the spot. We had hot water by 2:00. Very professional. The installer even wiped the floor.(it was snowing that day). I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The guys were quick and did a great job.

Dustin was very professional and dependable. I manage a hotel and he always works with my maintenance supervisor to fix our plumbing issues quickly and correctly.

BEWARE!!! Gills installed an AC unit in my home last summer. The service wad good and the unit is great. Unfortunately we discovered all 6 of our rifles had been stolen!! Months later the owners son/employee was arrested and found guilty of felony burglary!! Very scary to know someone like that was in my home! I have 2 small children! Please be aware of who you allow in your home...he still works there.

When first called he was busy but thought he would not be able to see me until the next day. About 1/2 hour later he called and said his next call was just a follow up visit on another customer that was very close to my address and that he would stop and scope out the issue with my furnace.Very satisfying experience. Service man was polite and very business like. Did not have the wall units on truck so he did have to leave and go purchase the part somewhere, but was gone just a short period of time.

Very happy with their work and professionalism. We had to re-scheduel as our stove was not in when we were planning. They said to just call when we had it. I called after 5 pm on the day our stove came in. They returned my call just before 8 am the next morning and schedueled a visit for that afternoon. They then called and said they had a job that was delayed and could they come early. By 10 am my new stove was in, the old one outside and all the packing picked up and desposed of. They would have hauled the old one away also, but we want to donate it to our local re-store. I have had other companys take days to respond so their promptness was much appriciated. They were friendly and proffessional and did a great job. Next project is central air and I will definatley use Gill's. I was suprised at the price also. Much more affordable then I expected. My overall experience with them was good. Their prices are reasonable.
