Excellent. Sophie is extremely energetic yorkiepoo and each time she comes out feeling so soft and looks adorable. I appreciate they take their time with her and treat her kindly! I would happily refer her to any of my friends : ) The pictures below are her 1st and latest groomings....

"Im sorry you were not happy .. We always do payment first because we have found that its hard to take care of the payment with a pup in your arms or jumping at your legs. We never just hand off a dog and walk away. If you saw something you wanted changed all you had to do was ask, and I would have gladly fixed the issue. Lucky didnt like me working on his face so I did what I could trying to keep him safe, but still all you had to do was say something or give me a call ..."

"Im sorry you were not happy. We did what is called a bath and brush on your Retriever that includes bath,nails,cleaned ears and we also trimmed rear end,feet and tummy. Since it was the first time for your pup he was unsure what we were doing and very jumpy and we work with very sharp shears,that being said if we missed something we are sorry. I wish you would have said something when picking him up so we could have tried to fix it then. Have a nice day."

She has excellent service, and this is second time we've used her. We took our dog in to get a bath, and we had talked to her on the phone about it. She told us when the best time to come during their slow time is. And when our dog ripped a bag of dog food on accident, she didn't even charge us and gave the food out to my dog and the other dogs there! Her and her daughter are great with the animals. If we have questions they have no issue answering them. Our dog is always waiting at the door when we're about to go see her.
