Willard's Garage in Billings put new links on my sway bar and fixed my air conditioner motor for $405.22, but now I can't drive the Ford Explorer at all. The tire on the driver's front side is loose and wobbly. My battery was also run down and my car was left in the parking lot next to them unlocked. Willard's said that my car was having new problems because it was old and had a lot of miles on it. Then they told me that by fixing the sway bar links it caused the car to be worse than when I brought it in. He was rude and even made me cry. He asked if I wanted him to take the links off and give me the $38.84 back for the part. I want to be able to drive my vehicle like I could before they worked on it. He even said, "Well at least the air works, right"...if I can't drive the vehicle, it does not matter if the air works or not. If I had been a man, they would have never spoke to me in such a condescending manner simply because I asked them to fix what they had obviously failed to do correctly in the first place. Willard's was very kind and accommodating until I handed them $405.22 in cash and asked them to fix their mistakes. These are not honest people.

These mechanics have years of experience and they know what they're doing! They are knowledgeable, professional and honest. Excellent communication and very courteous! I researched the parts that were replaced, as well as the costs for the parts and labor costs...My invoice for this job was fair and appropriate. I'm grateful I found Willard's Garage and I highly recommend them for any auto service and repairs including electrical! I'll be going back for my future and quot;car careand quot; needs!

I bought a 1987 Toyota 4x4 on Ebay from an individual in Orgeon. I had the vehicle shipped. When the Toyota arrived I discovered the 4WD did not engage. I called Willard 4x4 because they had a good rating on Angies list. I told them the problem and they gave me an estimate for a worse case scenario. I also called my regular auto repairman, who is across the street and their estimate was double what Willard's was. Well I took the pickup to Willard's to do the repair. They called the next day and told me they would have to order some parts and they may not be available because of the pickups age. Well to make a long story short they had to fabricate some of the transfer case linkage pieces, because they were obsolete. Now, the bottom line. It was half the cost of their original quote and it works great. In fact it needs a tuneup and I'll be taking it back to them next week. I would highly recommend them. Kerry

The staff at the and quot;counterand quot; was friendly and easy to work with. They limited their work to only what we asked for. I'm sure they could have found many things that needed fixing or replaced, but they did not.
