I cleaned this place end to end. The inspection guy came by while I was there and gave me a long list of further cleaning I needed to do. I cleaned everything he put on the list for 4 more hours. When I finished it was WAY cleaners than when I moved in. That place was spotless. I just got a letter in the mail from them saying that they had to have 3 more hours of professional cleaning performed. These people are total rip-off. Go ahead and use them but don't expect your deposit back. They will manufacture ways to keep your money. Good luck with these people.

I rented an apartment managed by this company; at the conclusion of my lease I was given a cleaning list for the apartment I had to take care of including paying for having the rugs shampooed ( a first). I completed the cleaning, returned the keys and moved out of state. A month later my deposit check arrived less $100 for "cleaning expenses". When I called I was told the charge was because I left a small ribbon on one of the kitchen cabinet handles, some crumbs in the (brand new) stove plates and about a dozen hangers in one of the closet. She did remind me of their generosity in not charging me to "haul away" the hangers. They never sent me notice that they were going to make these deductions as they were required to do and at this point I was 2000 miles away and had no options. I have rented apartments half a dozen times and never had this type of issue at the conclusion of a lease. I am a middle-aged professional who lived alone in the apartment because I was working out of state from my permanent residence; I assure you the apartment was sparkling when I left it. So if you rent from Western Management in Billings MT be prepared to be screwed at the end.
