Phone Service - Cellular
With my phone in an emergency setting I could not Unlock it to use it in any manner. They sales/technician was concerned that all of the contacts would be lost if they "re-booted" my phone. And I did not have any backup. They utilized some form of work-around and were able to "save" my contacts and other data. I spent $45 on other accessories for my phone. I was extremely satisfied with their responsiveness.
