I still am their customer, but wish I was not. I got behind on my payments because my house needed some serious repairs before winter. I am a disabled single mom-who works full-time. I am also a member of the working poor-too much money to get help, not enough money to get ahead. Anyway a tried and tried to reach them, called them lunch after lunch leaving messages on as many message machines I could, did they ever try to reach me as I requested by email-no! never! not once! I am caught up but no thanks to my mortgage company.
Description of Work: They actually purchased my mortgage. My introduction to this was an envelope with cheesy looking coupons for my mortgage and return stickers so I didn't have to address an envelope. I tried to telephone them but my ADHA must have kicked in after five minutes of listening to employee names and a job discription, when I did find one that might be the employee I needed I got a message machine, left message to email me, guess what No Email. When they purchased my mortgage I lost all my convenances and usually it costs me each month because I cannot reach ANYONE who works there.
