I still am their customer, but wish I was not. I got behind on my payments because my house needed some serious repairs before winter. I am a disabled single mom-who works full-time. I am also a member of the working poor-too much money to get help, not enough money to get ahead. Anyway a tried and tried to reach them, called them lunch after lunch leaving messages on as many message machines I could, did they ever try to reach me as I requested by email-no! never! not once!
