Excellent! He came to the house, examined the roof and found the flashing for the two vent pipes needed replacing. Gave me an estimate of $200. I agreed to the cost. He came back the next day and preformed the work. The final total was $185 as he gave me a discount. I would highly recommend them. They specialize in roof repair. They are friendly, punctual, reasonable and do excellent work.
