Property Management
As a home owner, I would not recommend Rimrock Property Management (Rhona Webb) to management your rental property due to their failure to enforce specific terms in the lease agreement and dishonesty about the cleaning and condition of the property. These issues included allowing tenants to break their lease without any penalties, not requiring tenants to fully clean the premises, not performing a move-out inspection and noting any discrepancies, not providing proof that carpets were cleaned, not returning all keys, and not providing copies of documents as requested. Because of RPM's mismanagement of our rental property, we have been forced to devote unwarranted time, resources and monies to restore our rental property to its previous move-in ready condition. On a positive note, RPM was proficient at processing their monthly financials.
