Manage a 12 unit rental complex for us. Is very knowledgeable about this business and professional. Have lifted a heavy burden for us. We don't have them doing the maintenance, as we can't afford that part of it.

They apply the late fees if the rent is late. They evict people. They have contractors on call to fix things if anything needs it. They respond in the middle of the night when pipes burst or whatever. They charge about 8% of the rent. I will continue to use them in the future.
