 + -1 moreAfter 3 months of not finding a renter, and lowering the prices several times we decided to sell our property.
Description of Work: I had Professional Management put my townhouse on the rental market, but after 3 months of not finding a renter we decided to sell instead. The first time they don't charge for adverstising and they charge at a lower rate for their management fees.

 + -1 moreManage a 12 unit rental complex for us. Is very knowledgeable about this business and professional. Have lifted a heavy burden for us. We don't have them doing the maintenance, as we can't afford that part of it.

 + -1 moreThey apply the late fees if the rent is late. They evict people. They have contractors on call to fix things if anything needs it. They respond in the middle of the night when pipes burst or whatever. They charge about 8% of the rent. I will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: They manage property for people who own property that they rent out. They take in the rent.
