My carpet is old, used and abused by kids and dogs so I did not expect miracles!! They arrived a little late but did call.  They worked very hard to do a good job which I was happy with.  The price was a little more than I was quoted and expected, however, I understood and paid it. The conversation was not always as professional as it should have been; I was told about previous employers that this owner had experienced which led him to starting his own business.  Actually I had used Stanley Steemer a few times previous and was extremely happy and will use their services in the future.

The cleaners were on time, honored their estimate, although he did say the rooms were large.  He wanted to be paid with a check and told my son-in-law that tips were appreciated. When asked when the carpets would be dry, he said in 4-6 hours. He was done by 10 AM, at 5 PM the carpets were still extremely wet, in some places almost slippery. The large dirty areas were still there.  When I called to complain about the wetness, the operator of the cleaner told me first that I probably mistook the wetness for the carpets just being too clean. Then he told me that the carpets were in bad shape and that's why they were still wet and not cleaned very well.  At 10 P that night as I was on my knees in the spare bedroom putting a bed frame together, the pants I had on actually got large wet areas on my knees. I don't think the person doing the cleaning spent any time at all pulling the water out or his machine just wasn't working.  When the appointment was made this service was the one that was able to do the job the quickest, I'm guessing the reason why is that they probably get no repeat business and have to rely on new people that don't know the quality of their work.

I requested to have my carpet cleaned and treated due to my dog having peed on it. I was not home when the guy showed up, however my husband was there to let him in to clean the floor. Evidently, he sprayed some stuff on the floor then cleaned it. as he was leaving he made a comment that the carpet wasn't very dirty to begin with. When I came home and once the carpet was dry, the pee smell in my front room was much stronger than it had been previously. I took out my own carpet vac and went over the area several times over two days and the water I extracted was dirty. Not sure what part he cleaned and I certainly did not smell any deodorizer that should have been used. In the future I will find out what guarantees they have on odor removal and I'll make sure I at home when the cleaning is taking place.

The job was performed to my satisfaction. Other than the scheduling change, the job was completed in less than two hours and the final result was exceptional. 
Do have an estimate performed and confirm the appointment time if you have a tight schedule.

Tyler and Levi were prompt and courteous.  They explained the process and the costs. They did a good job and got almost all of the dirt out of our light colored carpet.  It took longer to dry than we thought it would, they said 4 to 6 hours, it was actually still slightly damp the next morning.  All in all, a good experience.  We will call them again.

Tyler did an excellent job. He arrived on time, checked the damage, and explained what needed to be done.  He was professional and knowledgable.  He spent the time to put my mind at ease and made me feel like my little job was done right.  We had used them in the past and were pleased, but this experience made me sure that we can depend on Pro-Steam for all our carpet cleaning needs.  I would recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

They did a satisfactory job. I wouldn't say that I would go back to them. I don't have any loyalty to them. I might use them again. I would call around and find someone that would meet my schedule and price.

When I called to get an estimate, they came out and gave me a quote the next day.  The tech sent out (Tyler) did warn me they may not be able to get all the stains out of my dining room carpet.  Tyler came back to do the work, he showed up on time and got right to work.  He even helped us move our furniture!  Tyler got ALL the stains out of my light tan carpet.  We were thrilled with the end result!  I would recommend PRO-STEAM to anyone who wants their carpet cleaned.  My carpets looked brand new again.  They were a joy to have in my home.  He didn't even mind working around my pets.  I will call them again in the fall when it is time to clean my carpet!
