They came out to give us a quote, and we ordered the product. When the installers came out to install they said there was no way they could install, the floor was too unlevel. This was the same floor Pierce came and looked at, and we pointed out the heaves and sags and they sold us a floor they said would work with it no problem that was more expensive. So we had to pay to level the floor anyways. Overall they came in 8 weeks behind schedule and 40% over budget. Installers were super nice, and overall did a B+ job. There are a couple spots they could have done better, and for the price I honestly would have expected them too. They also can NOT shave doors, so you better have a contractor or the skills to shave doors yourself if your new floor is going to be higher.

Pierce Flooring and Design were very good. They have been in business for years and they are very conscientious. They are very willing to work with you if you are unhappy with them. They are just very respectable and a very good business.
