Ken and Tracy are EXCELLENT to work with. From the estimate, to the end service, it was all A+. They showed up when they said they would, and one of the best things, the did excellent work, and required no monitoring. We have all had contractors we have to babysit, but these guys are "fire and forget" so to speak. They did the estimate, talked it over with me, then did the work. I didn't get a million phone calls with questions, they just knew what to do, and made the best decisions on their own. We actually left town on day 2 of their work, and came back to a completed job after 5 days. They also demonstrated excellent critical thinking skills, not a common quality in contractors. For example, There was hail damage on the siding on the northern parts of the house. They saved the large parts from the 2nd story, trimmed the damaged parts off, then used that to patch the front of the house. 2 reasons that is EXCELLENT work. #1 that siding pattern isn't made anymore, so now the front of the house all matches, with the newer siding in a place that isn't seen as easily. #2 that means less siding materials bought. Both men are easy to talk to, were NEVER condescending or aloof. Any concerns I had were addressed in a timely manner. They were even patient when my 4 year old was asking questions while they were working (I believe they both have kids). In addition, my dog, who doesn't like most strange men, liked the both of them, and would just lay in the yard and watch them come and go. That says a lot since she's an incredible judge of character (it's a dog owner thing). They even helped deal with the insurance company, sometimes without even asking. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. Do not hesitate to call them.
