We are a second generation family-owned business serving Billings and the surrounding areas. We're celebrating our 50th anniversary in 2014! We provide sales, service and installation of quality products for your home or business. Overhead Door products are sold only thru authorized distributors displaying the red ribbon logo. Overhead Door Corporation was the pioneer of the garage door and opener industry, producing the first upward-lifting garage door in 1921, and the first electric door opener in 1926. For nearly 90 years, the Overhead Door brand has stood for product quality and expertise, as well as professional service. I called Overhead Door and they indicated that they could send someone out to take a look at the door and assess the damage. This person came
when promised and looked at the door. He indicated that, if I could live with the minor dent in the bottom panel, the door could easily be adjusted and the bottom roller put back into the track. He said the charge would be significantly less the the $400 plus it would cost to replace the bottom panel. The serviceman that repaired the door did an excellent job. I felt the $80.50 that it cost for the repair was reasonable and veru much, appreciated the recommendations I received from the man that came out to look at the door."Our apologies to this member. Our service man gave every effort to make the operator work without having to replace it which took a little time. As he told him, parts for that older unit are not available anymore so he tried to do what he could before that outcome."
