Description of Work: Contracted with him to set up foam insulation forms for basement & waterproof exterior basement walls and to move a house onto the basement. Gave him $6000 down on an $18,000 contract on May 9, 2011. He did absolutely nothing for 3 months and only performed part of the work (basement forms) when pressed to do so. He seemed to be looking for an excuse to get out of the contract. The part of the work that was done, was not completed and was not done in a professional, workman-like manner. He left garbage & scrap materials all over the job site. When the time came to actually move the house, he got very testy when asked to provide proof of insurance and bonding info and claimed that I had "breached the contract" and refused to perform any further work. I don't believe he is insured or bonded.
