In June 2014 Josh Orville Thompson was hired to repair my Samsung Refrigerator. He replaced a part but it did not repair the water dispenser. While installing a new part he accidentally broke another part in the back of the refrigerator. I paid him $165.20 for this repair. Since the refrigerator still did not work I called another service provider (Appliance Tech Inc, #5, 547 S 20th St W, Billings, MT 59102; (406) 672-5665) who repaired the refrigerator so that the water dispenser works, and he tuned it up so to speak so that the refrigerator's performance is optimal. The second repair person said the part Josh replaced was unnecessary. I called Josh and told him about the second repair and asked him for half of what I paid him ($85) since his repair work was unnecessary, and he agreed to mail to me a check for $85, which now has been at least 30 days past due and two phone calls from when he promised the refund.
Now I would like a full refund of $165.20 since there was not any mutual beneficial exchange and there was a lack of integrity.

All went good, Josh came to assess the problems I was having, he had to order the parts, once they where in he called to do the installation and went well. I am very pleased with Josh. Happy he was the one to take over Town and Country. I would recommend him to anyone.

Although he was late due to another job, Josh did call and let me know. He found the problem with my range right away and it was an easy repair for him. He was professional and I would absolutely use him again. Seems like he could repair or install just about anything.

Great! Josh got me scheduled for the next morning. He got the water out without spilling onto the floor and determined the pump was broken. Returned to his shop for the correct pump and was back in 30 minutes. Installed pump, cleaned up after himself and was out of there in a total of 2 hours from his first arrival.

Excellent. Fast response, Sean (service technician) refused to take payment because he couldn't find anything wrong. Very honest, excellent service, would use again.

Was late the first time because he went to the wrong street after he was corrected about the street location.Had his son (son in law) finish up the job.

Prompt service and honest. We found them on Angies List.

We moved from Laurel to Billings Heights and needed to find a repair person on this side of town.

I called him, he came out told me he had a good idea what was wrong. Turned the power off to the oven, pulled it out. He told me about the letter from GE on the fan filter, confirmed that this was what the problem was, fixed it and left. Oven works for the first time in 11 years..
