One Neat Lady

The first couple times she cleaned my house she did a fabulous job. The last couple times things started to not get done when she came. It didn't look like she as vacuuming or dusting everything. The fifth time she came I decided to leave, I had been staying there the previous four times while she cleaned. From the get go I was up front with her telling her that if she breaks anything please let me know. I decided to leave on her fifth appearance for the four hours she was here. When I came back she didn't have the kitchen sinks clean. This was the third time she didn't clean the sinks. It also appeared as if she didn't vacuum. She had broken something and didn't even bring it up when she was talking to me. The broken object sat right in front of us as we were talking. I understand things do happen. She didn't aknowledge the broken object. As I started walking through my house I went into the dining room and the dining room table wasn't cleaned. It didn't appear that she vacuumed any of my area rugs. I started to go donwstairs, it didn't look like she vacuumed my stairs. I was wondering what she actually did do. I finally called her letting her know that the last few times the things she failed to do and she started screaming at me over the phone. I was very calm with her. She quickly defended herself and said she did all of that. She said she was coming back over to my house and did come over. We go into my bedroom and she picks up what appears to be dog hair and holding the piece of hair in my face, stating it is a piece of lint. It doesn't matter what it was, the fact of the matter was is she didn't vacuum. I found out that she never uses my dyson when she vacuums and I told her from the get go to use it when she vacuums. She went into the laundry room and got an old, old dust buster and that was what she was using when she vacuumed and that is why nothing looked clean. She went and got the dyson, continuing to make me feel uncomfortable. She is crying and screaming at me, as I am remaining calm, yet uncomfortable. I told her again to leave, she kicked my vacuum and stormed out of my house and slammed my front door. I was totally shocked by her behavior. That was not the person I interviewed to clean my house.
