Every once in a while I don't have the dumpster out in time and I miss the truck. Yesterday, I called Mackenzie to see if I had missed their pickup and was told they would check the driver's GPS and get back to me. They did so within about two minutes, and told me the driver would come back, which he promptly did. A very friendly driver told me it was no problem, and to just call if it happens again and he'd be glad to come back. As he started to drive off he smiled and said "Have a great day!"
Mackenzie is the smaller of the two companies in town that collect garbage and I've used both over the years. They are definitely aware of the fact that great customer service builds a strong business. I recommend them to anyone who appreciates hard working small business and friendly, efficient customer service!
