 + -1 moreWindows were not installed properly, they leak. Walls originally a soft green and now turned blue about 4 years ago, the deck was rebuilt with old wood and not sealed, just painted and is now so rotten no one can walk on it, I'm afraid my grandson is going to fall through it. In contact with this contractor over the last 4 years But he refused to do anything about it. The work he did lasted about 3 years. I just found this website where I could finally make a complaint with proof.

 + -1 moreKim and his crew did a nearly complete re-build on our house. In the basement it was gutted to the concrete and framing, and even some of the framing was changed. Windows were changed, all interior doors were replaced, new insulation was installed, drywall, texture and painting were all done by Kim and his crew. Upstairs they gutted the kitchen and living room and even installed a roof vent above the range. Again new windows, all new doors, drywall, texture and painting were done personally by Kim and his crew. Outside, our single car garage with attached carport was converted into a double garage, which required concrete work and residing to match our existing metal siding. They got everything done as close to schedule as possible and within the agreed upon budget. it is inevitable that some little things will be noticed that need attention after a job is done and Kim, or a member of his crew, will return and make things right at no charge. Kim is fair, honest, and trustworthy, what more could you want?
Description of Work: Kim and his crew did a complete remodel on our house, top to bottom including the garage. They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, and stuck to his estimates. We trusted Kim and his entire crew and let them keep working when we had to be gone. We could even ask them to put our dogs in and out while they worked. There will be problems and "discoveries" with any construction project and Kim handles these things in stride with a minimum of extra cost. It is difficult to find a contractor who can do it all, from mixing their own concrete to matching existing siding, Kim and his crew only engaged a sub for electrical work so he could keep our project on schedule. I plan to use him again soon for another project that we have planned and because of his expertise, it will go smoothly also. He will have complete access to our property and I won't have to worry about anything. We found his prices to be better than most of the estimates we received before we picked him for our job.
