Windows were not installed properly, they leak. Walls originally a soft green and now turned blue about 4 years ago, the deck was rebuilt with old wood and not sealed, just painted and is now so rotten no one can walk on it, I'm afraid my grandson is going to fall through it. In contact with this contractor over the last 4 years But he refused to do anything about it. The work he did lasted about 3 years. I just found this website where I could finally make a complaint with proof.

Kim and his crew did a nearly complete re-build on our house. In the basement it was gutted to the concrete and framing, and even some of the framing was changed. Windows were changed, all interior doors were replaced, new insulation was installed, drywall, texture and painting were all done by Kim and his crew. Upstairs they gutted the kitchen and living room and even installed a roof vent above the range. Again new windows, all new doors, drywall, texture and painting were done personally by Kim and his crew. Outside, our single car garage with attached carport was converted into a double garage, which required concrete work and residing to match our existing metal siding. They got everything done as close to schedule as possible and within the agreed upon budget. it is inevitable that some little things will be noticed that need attention after a job is done and Kim, or a member of his crew, will return and make things right at no charge. Kim is fair, honest, and trustworthy, what more could you want?
