I had told the salesman we had claustrophobia issues and he assured me that wouldn't be a problem. The tub is super narrow, 22" across at the widest and 16" between the door lock/handle and the in-town grab handle. I was told multiple times I would not be billed until 30 days after the work was done, had to make first payment before work was done. Started the whole process in September 2018. As of July 2019, they still have not fixed the stopper in the tub which allows water to drain out. They have assured me multiple times the parts was being sent next day air. They came out once with the wrong part. Then tried to fix it with new gasket, didn't work. They said they'd replace the whole drain assembly from a tub they were getting the next day. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since. All in all the product is sub-par and everyone except the installer are a bunch of liars.
