They gave me a good deal and my windows are guaranteed for life. If one gets broken, like from a rock or something like that, they will replace it. So far, they are great. I was going to use Pella but there was a mess up in purchasing and the contract to put them in. I had K-Design to come out and measure for the windows, build them, and put them in. It took about 3 weeks to get the windows in. As soon, as they came in they came and installed them. I had 8 windows put in and the crew put them in in one day. The crew left a lot of scrap metal laying around the house. I have about 3/4 inch between the panes and they are filled with Argon gas and I have noticed that the outside noise is really cut down. Our house is really insulated good against the weather. The windows is where the noise came through. Actually the glass vibrates. I used to hear the band festival if the wind was blowing right it sounded like they were right there in my front yard.
