"This machine has a history not told in the review. I will not relate this history as it is not the right thing to do. When parts are on National back order to the company in China there is nothing I can do. As for calling back the customer, she called on a day when I was out of the shop, she did not call back at all, I figured someone simply fixed the rewind rope...how am I to know? I try and run an honest shop, this review is what it is, I will not comment further as they have a right to say what they want."
