Hank's did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle. The work took a bit longer than I expected but I was informed, up front, that they were short one body man and that it would take a little longer. Minor issues with the windshield wipers and an electrical problem were experienced after I got the car back, however, Hank's fixed these issues immediately when I brought the car in. I highly recommend this body shop!

The staff was very kind regarding telling me the bad news, and very helpful with finding me transportation.

The man who took care of the repair was great from start to finish. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name. As a woman, I always dread dealing with any automobile services since it can be an uncomfortable experience with male condescending attitudes. I was treated with respect and no question I had was treated as a dumb question. I didn't feel I as though he was giving me a and quot;sell joband quot; to spend more than necessary. The only issue I had was the extended period of time before my car was ready, but I don't know that it was actually the shop's problem. A part did not come in as quickly as was expected. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend Hank's to anyone.

The people at Hank's Body Shop were responsive and courteous. They offered me a ride back to my office without my asking. They were done in a couple of hours. The work was excellent and my window works perfectly. Great job!!!

From the moment I walked int he door to get an estimate until I picked up my fixed vehicle, I felt very comfortable and like I could ask questions. They kept me in the loop about everything that was going on. At no time did I feel like I was dealing with a sleazy mechanic trying to rip me off. I highly recommend Hank's!!!
