They're prompt, they stay in touch with you, if there are issues you don't understand, they will explain it to you. If there are issues you don't agree with, they will still explain it to you. It is pretty comparable to almost any yard services for that type of a thing. Sometimes we expect miracles from these people, they can't perform miracles, they can just be honest. I will possibly continue to use them in the future, but, I might start putting applications on myself.

They are professional and responsive to our requests about where they put fertilizer. They are careful to not spray in the flower beds. They call ahead and ask if it is a good time for them to come and are willing to rearrange if necessary.
