I wanted a double chain link gate across my driveway to keep my dogs in
the yard. I phoned another company and talked with them and then
nothing. Waited two weeks and then went searching on Angie's List and
found good reviews for Grand Fence Company and decided to phone them.
They had a bid out to me the next day and we set the gate
installation for Monday, Nov. 11th. Came home yesterday Friday, Nov. 8th and found the
new gate getting installed before the weekend. Was very happy and
satisfied with the results. Would most definitely use this company
again.

Grand Fence provided separate bids for each section to facilitate working with neighbors to share costs. Bids were substantially less than those of another well known fencing co which linked 2 bids so that unit cost for 2 sections less than for just 1 section.
Grand Fence came a week earlier than originally planned. All work done by 1 worker who removed old fence, set new posts and built fence. Total time -- 1 week.
Invoice exactly matched bids.
Would definitely use again.

Responded to initial call promptly. Provided an estimate within 2 days. Estimate covered all work and was lowest. Cheerfully modified the estimate to reflect changing plans. Showed up to perform work when scheduled. We weren't ready for them, so they rescheduled. Showed up promptly at the scheduled time. Installed the fence quickly and professionally. Installed fence exactly as planned and agreed upon. Very good customer serice in person and on phone. Will definitely use again.

I have used Grand Fence for three separate jobs in the past few months. The first time that I selected them it was because their bid was significantly lower than their competitor. After I dealt with them once and saw the high quality and value of their work, I did not even contact another company for a bid on the other two jobs. I have dealt with Curt, who is very responsive and knows his stuff.

We are very satisfied with the services to replace 3 fence posts. We were called before the service was performed. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Cleanup was done immediately before the man finished and left our property. The work was done properly.

We contacted Grand Fence for an estimate in May 2012 and after a couple of discussions settled on the style of fencing we wanted and placed our order. We put 30% down on the project and waited approximately 3 weeks for the product to be delivered. The actual installation of the product took approximately 48 hours all together; though this was stretched out over a few days to accommodate schedules and the cement used to set the posts to dry and harden.
We have a slight amount of damage on the walk through gate which we are working to get resolved right now.
Overall I was pleased with the performance of this company and have elected to have them do another smaller job for me later this month.
Would definitely hire them again.

We were satisfied with them. They were real super busy and they were just fitting us in so it was kind off a lag but they worked us in between jobs and stuff. They were very accommodating. We had some other stuff done too apart from the plan of action. We never met them, we just spoke to them on the phone and the guy was really nice. We were never here when they were here. I think their prices are one of the better in town. They were fitting us in between and they even called back once to say they would be there on time but they ended up being here sooner than we thought. They were really accommodating getting us in because we needed it done really fast. They were super booked but they were able to fit us in and get the job done. They called back all the time when I needed them.

I had a wonderful experience with Grand Fence Co. The man who came to fix my gate was tall with a pony tail, his name was John Thatcher. He was extremely professional and courteous! It has been quite a long time since I have had such a great experience with contractors. This man was very friendly, nice to my dogs, and did a superb job fixing the gate. He also left a card and said he would come back out and fix any problems. I used a cheeper fence company (Frontier) in town to build my initial fence. They used low quality materials, it took forever, the workers were rude and very unprofessional, and the fence began to sag and fall apart a few months after installation. I would not recommend them. I give grand fence co and Mr. Thatcher my highest rating.
