I have been taking my dogs over the years to Dr. Mike since 1975 or so. He has always been right on target with all my dogs. He tells you what to expect or what needs to be done with professionalism. I recommend Grand Ave Animal Hospital 100%! I truly dread the day he retires.

They are very compassionate. They are knowledgeable. They are friendly to the customers. We have been seeing these people for about six years. It's a husband, and wife ownership. They do a great job.

We had previously gone to another vet in town for routine services and an emergency visit. Grand Ave was recommended to me so I decided to give it a try. I was amazed at how much cheaper they were! The Drs. were wonderful too. They changed the Sheltie's meds to a generic which has saves me $80 every time we refill meds. They also said the frequency of blood work we were doing at the other vet was unnecessary. This has also saved us lots of $. Our older dog had an emergency trip to the 24 hour vet Nov. '10 and we were told we had to pay $100 just to come in. I was unhappy that we had to go through all of the paperwork, etc before they would see him. I felt this place was more worried about getting their $ than the dog. Six months later we took the little puppy to Grand Ave for an emergency. They took care of him right away and went above and beyond the call of duty - they even took him home and brought him back into the office during the night for treatments. They called me at home during the night to keep me updated. All of this was far less in price than the previous experience at the other vet hospital and the puppy had extremely good care. I have recommended Grand Ave to several friends and they have all been very pleased.

They are all the way good and I have no problems at all. I don't go there but my husband does and he really likes them.
