+ 1 moreIt started out well. He had good references, was prompt getting started. He almost had the job done and only had the railing to finish on the house. He never returned to finish the railing. Then this year the sky light leaked (first time we had good rain) and he returned my call, but never followed up. When I emailed him he said he had been out to look at it and had sent me information on what needed to be done. I have not received any letter at this time, two weeks later.
Description of Work: Put in New steps, tore out the old cement ones and replaced the skylight and put rain gutters on the house.
