lThe photo that is posted on their web page is false! There are no hillsides or water inlets as pictured! The air quality here sucks compliments of 2 things. #1 is the fact that the Conoco Refinery is 100 yards to the south,which is the direction the wind blows from 75% of the time! #2 the fact that the Billings valley turns into a funnel approximately 3 miles to the west, so this place is basically at the neck of the funnel so ALL of the pollution from the entire Yellowstone valley ends up in your house! We have one of the best a/c heating systems out and we have to change out our filters every couple of months verses twice a year as recommended! The management selectively enforces the rules to the point of intimidation,discrimination and harrasment! Also, if you choose to buy one their mobiles,beware, because they are considered preditory lenders! And the bugs are wonderful as well! When we bought our home, which was free of any insects, we moved it here from another location and now we have to bomb our house and under it at least twice a year to remove all of the spiders and ear wigs that are invading! Not to mention the fact that during day the yellow jackets out number the whole population of Montana! And if you want to be outside in the evening, you'd better be wearing a mosquito net, because bug spray or torches won't keep the mosquitos or the nats away! The inside storage areas that they provide are as safe as just leaving your stuff on the street! As for your R.V.'s,boats, vehicles, or anything else you can't park at your house, park them on the street on Billings southside because they will probably be in safer! And if your vehicles you drive are not 1990 or newer, be prepared to have them designated as junk vehicles to be towed away, regardless if they are your daily driver and are currently licensed! Basically, if you enjoy living in Cherynobol, Russia we highly recommend it, because it's not much different!!!!! Not sure if you should believe this,I recommend that you take a drive through here and knock on a few doors,see what you think.

We were in our home within 2 days of Vickie calling us. Apparently the home was being abandoned and in poor condition. We didn't care, we saw the potential in this house and immediently went to work fixing it up. It's still not completely finished, but we have a long time to put the finishing touches on it. Our neighbors are great and have commented on the transformation. We are very lucky to have found Vickie and Cherry Creek Mobile Home Park.
