The technician arrived early, did the job well in less time than they had antisipated and set up fans to aid in drying time. These guys are always prompt, courtious and provide excellent service at an extremely fair price. These folks are also the only business in the area that are accredited to clean antique or handmade collector floor coverings. I will always call CBM first.
