Description of Work: Got a quote and set up a time for carpets to be cleaned. I informed them there was a living room and 2 bedrooms. Empty Condo so nothing to move. I was quoted $120 to $140. Depending on how bad stains were. In my absence, my brother met them and payed them with a check I left him. They charged $179. supposedly after a discount and when I saw the carpet 3 days later, it didn't look like it had been touched. Very disappointed, called to complain and waiting for a response from them after they talk to their technician.
