I was having problems with theft so I hired Billings Alarm to install infra-red cameras around the exterior of my home. The cameras were'nt picking up a clear picture at night. I called the company and asked for them to be replaced. They brought me a different dvr to see if that was the problem. The dvr was not the problem so they gave me my original back without fixing the camera problem. They avoided replacing or fixing the problem and refused to let me return the cameras. Basically, I paid a high price for security only to get robbed!
