TV Repair
Yes, I recommend this pro
$120
I described what our tv was doing (screen black, turning on and off). He
said it was most likely the bulb. I gave him the bulb number off t Ihe
sticker on the tv and he said he had one in stock. He then instructed me
on how to remove the bulb to check it for white spots or melting. Ours
was beginning to turn white. We took the bulb into the shop and he
looked at it and said it was bad. We bought the replacement for $120. He
said there are cheaper ones, but they don't last. He also told us to
vacuum (not Dust Off) the fan. We did this, installed the new bulb, and
the tv is like new. Saved replacing our 42" Samsung  LCD, thanks to
Frank!
