Horrible experience with a ZERO star rating They are very very money hungry and are only concerned with that. Show no compassion for your pet and if ur a breeder they are already against you. Triple the price for the same procedures other vets charge and are just plan rude. Added fees on your balances. Do NOT honor military due to no military discount like other vets offer. Spent over $4000 at this vet for nothing but death! They show NO remorse and show no care for your pet. NEVER AGAIN will i ever take any of my animals there. Its in the best interest for you to choose a different vet as well that will care for ur animal and not just ur wallet! Beyond ****** off and any of my experiences there and was shown ZERO compassion for my losses. Please choose a different vet for the sake of your pet!

My cat came out of a day-long hiding stint at about 1 am. He was limping badly and had a major wound to his chest. I called BFAH and a very kind night attendant asked me some basic questions about the condition of my feline, then gave me the option to come in immediately or wait until morning. She was very upfront about the cost of coming in on an emergency basis. After consulting with my wife, we took our cat in and the on-call doctor met us there. Despite being called in during the middle of the night, the doctor was very professional and considerate of our emotional state. After providing antibiotics and some pain medication, we were able to take our cat home at about 2:30 am. Quality service from a quality organization!

The owners and staff at Best Friends are an incredible group of people. They go above and beyond what you normally get from a veterinary hospital. I trust them with my fur kids completely! The gentle loving care they gave my sweet little girl, Jacybelle, was wonderful. I thank God D.J was there when she broke her femur,( a tangle with a bear)and when the cancer came....such compassion for both Miss Belle and for our family.

From the time we first started taking our dog to Best Friends, they always treated her well and explained everything very thoroughly to us. They were very compassionate and kind when she got cancer, and they even called me at home about once a week to check on her. When it came time to finally put her down, they were so kind and understanding. They let us stay with her and take as much time as we wanted after she passed just to be with her and say goodbye. Then they let us leave through a back door so we wouldn't have to walk through the lobby in our time of sorrow. During all the years we dealt with them, they were always professional, helpful, and friendly. If we ever get another pet I will definitely use Best Friends as my vet.

It can't get any better!! I have a rather rambunctious Husky/Malamute who, as loving described as, comic relief, who has managed to get into some precarious situations. Anytime we have needed to see the Docs at Best Friends they have always been prompt to get him in whether it be for routine exams, boarding, or a med overdose (because when he stands on his hind legs he apparently can reach things on top of the microwave)

After having an emergency with our last labrador that required immediate emergency care, and not being able to reach our family vet on a Saturday after hours, we called Best Friends. They have 24 hour on call services.Dr. Smith was on call and met us at the clinic in 10 minutes. We ended up having to send our pet to the Rainbow Bridge the next day after some tests, but the staff and facility are top notch! We were so impressed that they took such good care of us, only knowing our pet for a day! Now we have a new puppy, and chose to take her to Best Friends as well. The staff is SO knowledgable, friendly, and so efficient in answering all of our questions and caring for our dog (and us!). We take her there for her vaccinations, and right away they recommended their "Puppy Hour" socialization classes once a week. All puppies aged 8-16 weeks can go for an hour every week to play in their facility for an hour. It was so good for our puppy because socialization is so hard when they don't have all of their shots yet! This is free of charge for their clients! We also are using the day boarding at Best Friends, as puppies can't be kenneled for long periods of time yet while we go to work. It is a VERY reasonable cost to take our puppy there for the day and the kennel workers are so kind to the dogs! They let them out a few times a day, and give them some exercise. Our dog LOVES to go there, and can't wait to see the kennel workers. Vet services and reasonable as well, and they will give you an estimate and call you if it goes over that estimate before the additional services are performed. They are very good at getting back to you with any questions, and always go the extra mile. I highly recommend this facility!

They have always treated my animals with the greatest care. They are gentle and caring. My dog has never been afraid to go there.
