 + -1 moreNot only was the work done properly and punctually, I want to mention a special service provided by this authorized Bernina and HandiQuilter repair shop. I was able to make an appointment to bring the machine in and it was serviced that day. This is very convenient because I live 6 hours away and prefer to stay overnight in Billings and split the drive between two days. Even when I needed a part (my Bernina's motor burned out) on a previous visit to the Bernina Sewing Center in Billings, they had it in stock. That saved time waiting to receive something in the mail.
Description of Work: The service tech, Stefan, tuned up my HandiQuilter longarm sewing machine. He also adjusted the bobbin winder which is a separate unit. It sews beautifully again. My issues with thread tension were corrected.

 + -1 moreI took my sewing machine in to have basic service done because I had not used it for a long time. They were very busy with lots of machines to service, I explained that I was from out of town and had a class on June 6th that I needed my machine for. Larry was very understanding and said that he would work on it on Saturday and I could have it on Monday, June 4th.......that was above and beyond I thought. Then I got a call this morning, June 1st and he said that he had gotten my machine done quicker than he thought and I could pick it up as soon as possible. I feel the shop went all out to provide me with the service that I needed and I would go back to them in a heart beat!! I had checked at 2 other stores and neither one was willing to even try to help me with my situation. Larry at Bernina Sewing Center is a great asset to the company and I would highly recommend the store!
Description of Work: Check, clean and lubricate my sewing machine after I had not used it in quite some time. It sounded kind of weird to me and I wanted to have it checked before using it in a class that I had signed up for.

 + -1 moreThey have classes in all kinds of sewing: quilting, embroidery, rotary cutting and so on. They have some sewing supplies and an enormous range of Sewing machines. They repair all kinds of machines too, not just Bernina or modern ones. I will continue to go to classes.
Description of Work: I'm taking intermediate sewing classes. I bought a sewing machine.
