Very well. I reached them via their website email. Even though I sent a query on the weekend, one of the partners visited my house on the weekend in response to my query and left a bid. He called me the following Monday to follow up. He was very pleasant and thorough in his explanations. He anticipated some concerns (would it damage plants? Being careful around windows, etc) I liked the fact they use green solutions and have a power washer with adjustable PSI. I made an appointment for the following week. He called me to tell me he would be about 45 min. late, which was fine. I appreciated the call. House looks great! They cleaned a lot of hard to reach places, ledges, etc. They do detail work.
