My refrigerator had lost the ability to cool and was hovering at room temperature. I called this company on a friend's recommendation. He came and diagnosed the problem. He needed to order a part, but also gave me a suggestion for a temporary fix that would get it working for a little while as we waited for the part. (It worked, too!)
The part came in more quickly than expected, and he was back within a few days. He arrived when promised, worked quickly and cleanly and efficiently. Nice job.
