Roofing
I was very impressed with them initially. Not much time passed from the estimate to the actual completion date. They showed up and completed the job in 1.5 days. At first, we were very impressed with the job. We even recommended them to 2 other people in the neighborhood. However, they did not caulk or seal around the chimney. We now have a damaged wall in our bedroom and extensive damage to the soffits and east wall of our house. We have tried countless times to call Allstate and have left messages. They have not returned our calls and now their voicemail is full. They are no where to be found.
