He actually showed up earlier than he was supposed to be there. He had to come through the front door to get to my backyard because my gate was broken. My dogs were inside and he was really nice about them barking and sniffing on him. All I had to do was shut off the water and he did the rest. He sent me a bill in the mail a couple of days later.
