Went well until I was charged for emergency help twice. I paid in full the first time and then they called me to add another breaker and charged emergency price again.

The service was very good, they showed up on time and did quality work.

He was helpful with information, arrived at the appointment time, visited with my husband (which he loves), took the old fan away and cleaned up and did a great job all around. You have a new customer.

Very very well. Showed up when he said he would, found and fixed he problem, also advised me on future work I will need to do if we sell this house.

He was prompt, had everything he needed, and tested our well water pump to make sure it wasn't shorting out and causing the breaker to trip. Replaced the breaker and was finished within an hour.

Highly recommend Action Electric. I received a follow up letter in the mail asking for my feedback on the job done which I liked.

They did a great job.

I called 3 electrical places and left messages. Action Electric was the only one to call me back. I would have them back in a heartbeat!
I called on a Monday and asked if someone could come by and give an estimate for removing some old wiring that had run to a pump house and spa. Due to remodeling and landscaping, the conduits and wires needed to be moved. I was not sure if any of them were and quot;hotand quot; and did not want to attempt any cutting. It basically was a and quot;clean upand quot; job.
Brain came out that Friday and gave me an estimate of $100 and said they were very busy, but he would try to get someone out the following Friday. Perfect!
The next week, I got a call from Brent, Action Electric, and he asked if he could come by and do the job. It was Tuesday....prior to the Friday Brain had said he would shoot for! I was home, Brent came out, did the job, cleaned up, and was gone in about 1 hour.

It went great. Loved working with them. I saw the reviews on Angie's list so I gave them a try. I was very happy and satisfied.

I sent an email asking for an estimate on this install. I had to call to get the ball rolling but from their it went very well.

Brian came to the house and looked the project over and told me he would have a price later in the day. I asked him to ball park a price range and I was good with it so I just set up the install. They are busy and maybe a bit short handed but he put me on the schedule the following week. He called to set the actual day and time and there was a bit of conflict on the time so he changed it on the spot to fit our schedule. This was very handy and made having somebody home at the right time very doable.

They arrived close to the estimated time and did the work promptly and with skill and professionalism. A new box had to be put in the ceiling and then the fan installed. Well done and worth it to me to pay to have it done.

Over all a good job and a good experience from our side as a client. We felt the knowledge and experience of all involved was very good and a value.

They did an excellent job and did more than what they said they would do.
They hooked up our electrical to the barn and then installed a light in the barn at no extra charge as well.
They installed everything while we were out of town and when we came back everything was done properly!
There quote was much lower than another service we had come out for an estimate. Bryan was very personable and professional when he came out to do the estimate!
Looking forward to using them in the future.

Action Electric did all the electrical work for my garage renovation, always professional and courteous they did all the work in a couple of days and as always did a excellent job. They are always my first choice.

Craig got here when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the problem in what I thought was a short time for all of that, and he was really polite, friendly, and courteous. Very pleased with the service.

The estimator was on time and was very thorough, asking all the pertinent questions and noting the answers. The installation crew arrived on time and presented a neat, professional appearance. They began work immediately and were finished in short time. The work area was kept neat and there was no clean-up for me.
