The Sales rep is extremely professional and a very hard working individual. I know that I’m not always the easiest client, but he went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were being met on my project. Great company overall

This was a contract with partial payment (about 1/3rd) up front and remainder to be paid when project was completed. It took them several months to get the job done although it was winter. No one from the company ever came out to inspect the job after the crew left. They left a mess in driveway and around house of cut parts and screws. The contract included replacement of skylights on the calving barn. They did all skylights except one. They did not extend bottom of rain gutters (2 of them) away from house so water drained directly onto the deck. They did not cut a hole through the deck in one area for gutter to drain down and out properly. The crew simply ran the gutter pipe across the top of the deck, No one came back to correct and complete the job when asked. A crew did show up to fix gutter two days after court default judgement, but did not install the skylight. Company had filed law suit for payment even though we had notified them of non completion of job numerous times. We were to late to respond, so suit was in their favor.

I was working out of town so I was adament about working with a reputable company. ABC came recommended by the local business bureau. Because of my schedule, the installation was going to take place during a specific time frame in October. I was required to pay 50% immediately so they could accomodate my installation. I paid them and when I returned in early November, the installation had not taken place as agreed. I called and they had myriad excuses but assured me they would be out that month to install the windows. I was very concerned about winter coming and voiced this. Didn't want them making holes in my house when it was cold. Returned home early December and the installation had still not taken place. I was p*****. I called them and again, there were lots of excuses, and when I suggested that I wanted my downpayment refunded, they suddenly could schedule my installation for that week.
The crew showed up on the 16th of December (it was 4 below zero) and pulled out my existing leaky windows and put in the replacements. I was not happy but decided I needed good windows on my 2nd floor so I would just suck it up. I talked to the installation crew which consisted of 3 guys about possible issues from doing an installation in such cold weather (such as adquate sealing, etc.) I was trusting that they knew what they were doing.
I returned from my job during the summer of 2009. Windows seemed ok. Early spring of 2010, we had some wet snow and rain and I had wet carpet under 2 of the 3 windows and water running down inside the wall of my house. It took a couple of phone calls and ABC finally sent out a guy who discovered that the sales rep hadn't included window wraps to go around my windows and the caulking had not sealed these windows properly (do you think the December installation had anything to do with it?????). I had a very expensive, unprofessional experience with this company.

At first, it was OK with the salesman coming out to the house to price a quote out on installing brand new gutters on the house and garage. He gave us the quote, which we ended up going with because it seemed like a reliable and professional company. After we signed the contract, he said someone from his company will call within 2 weeks to set up an installation date and time. We heard nothing for 3 months, being very patient, and then called back to schedule an apppointment and got the runaround on the phone. After taking many weeks to finally get a hold of them, they set up a day to come out and intall the gutters. So, because the appointment was set, we tore down the old gutters on the house ourselves in order to save that money the night before because they charge $1/ ft and we were willing to do it ourselves. After not showing up that next day and calling them later that afternoon, they were not able to be reached. We called and called the next few days and finally got a hold of their secretary, which set up the second appointment. We even took 2 vacation days off work to be here for this second appointment. After them blowing us off now for the second time, we were starting to get pretty mad. Now, it is the 3rd time that they were supposed to come over but did not bring all the supplies so was able to only install part of the gutters and told us we had to finish it ourselves. I then called his supervisor about him not finishing the installation and telling us that we had to finish the project ourselves. So, he then scheduled the fourth appointment out here and sent another guy out here who brought the wrong color of gutters and no equipment. So the guy left and have not come back since then. This whole ordeal is now going on 8 months and still not even close to getting finished. I do not recommend this company for any services. I put a downpayment down for them to be able to start, but they do not offer refunds which is what I would do if I had a choice to go with another company. Please go with anyother company than this one, you will be sorely mistaken if you don't. It is now almost January and our gutters are less than half installed and the water is routed straight to the side of the garage creating a pool of water around it.
