At the beginning, everything sounded good. They measured everything. I told them i wanted plans by the first of the year but they didn't get anythihg to us until february and they were only partials. When we did get the plans, we couldn't read the engineering or designs which were supposed to be in block lettering but they havent' changed that yet. They didn't include the stairs where we wanted them and when we asked them to move the stairs, they wouldn't. The bill for the last 3 months have been $325.50 too much over what they quoted us. I have discussed this several times with Travis and he says he has nothing to do with it; however, he said he'd get it taken care of 2 months ago. He is saying that he will get it resolved now but what it boils down to is the plans got to us late and they don't want to make any changes that we want made. We won't be recommending them to anyone.
