What a nice guy! I called Jeff about a front load washer and instead of making a trip to the house in a week to look at it, he was able to offer some assistance over the phone which sounds like it's going to do the trick. He didn't have to do that and I really appreciated it. If it turns out something is wrong, I'll be calling him back for sure!

Jeff identified that the problem with the washing machine lied in the water heater, which was producing a lot of sediment. This blocked the hot water as the sediment built up. There was not a problem if we had the settings on cold water for wash and rinse.
He helped to solve this and cleaned out all of the lines for the washing machine. He demonstrated a very good understanding of difference appliances (it was helpful that he knows a number of appliances, plumbing, heating, etc. to troubleshoot and fix problems).
We are very satisfied with the fix. After all these months, everything is working fine. I would not hesitate to contact A1 again.
