Rocky Mountain Property Management

Every year at this time, This company hires the sprayer to come in and spray deadly weed killer on the property of all homeowners in this community. They do this without even writing a letter to warn this community of the toxic weed spraying. They have been asked to warn people and they have, in no uncertain terms, refused to do so.The owners of this company have no concern for the health or well-being of people who live in our HOA. Our three small children are forced to breath these airborne chemicals and we cannot enjoy the outdoors for a few days after they spray. The owner of Rocky Mountain Property management have been notified for several years and have still continued this practice for the last seven years. The truth is they don't live in this neighborhood and apparently they don't care. I strongly recommend not doing business with this company unless you condone this type of practice and complete disregard for the health and safety of people. More so, nowhere in the homeowners book of covenants did we sign up for toxic weed killer to be sprayed on our property without our permission or at least a warning. This continues to occur after several years of consecutive complaints to the property management company and they still continue to do this. You don't have to go green, but don't go here!
