Jennifer worked with my husband and me from Nov. 2006 through April 2007 to select Southwestern themed furniture & accessories. Although Southwestern wasn t a style in which she had done a lot of previous work, she was enthusiastic in finding many stores for us: she took us to large to-the-trade Southwestern themed furniture stores in Scottsdale (which I hadn t been able to find on my own) as well as to out-of-the-way small retail stores (including The Town Dump and the Big Bronco Furniture Barn in Cave Creek). When necessary, she was tactful in suggesting that certain items we liked wouldn t look good for the room or space. Most importantly, she pointed out items to us in stores that we had overlooked on our own, most of which we did purchase. In addition to furniture, she also helped us with lighting, custom shades, art work, and decorative accessories. Jennifer charged us by the hour and passed on any designer discounts from the store directly to us. The money we spent on her services saved time and substantially increased the quality of the items we purchased, quality that we would never have found on our own.
