For the last seven years the owner of this company has authorized the spraying of hundreds of gallons of pesticides per year on the property and common areas in our Homeowners Association. They do this without warning any of the residence that live here. After being asked to do so they have refused to write a pesticide notification letter to warn people of the danger theses chemicals pose to human health. They have been presented with a viable alternative of brush cutting instead of spraying toxic pesticides and they have refused to adopt this safe practice. The truth is the owner Vince Grillo has told me that he doesn't use toxic pesticides around his house or on his garden yet he thinks it alright to use those chemicals in our residential neighborhood without even warning the homeowners. I have provided many pages in documents that indisputably show the deadly danger these pesticides pose to human health and they also show the effects of certain groundwater contamination. After all of this, they still choose to authorize the spraying deadly pesticides in our residential community without warning anyone and they have refused to adopt a safer policy. If you are trying to go "Green" then don't do business here!
