The summer gardening projects are smooth. Lori calls us in the spring to discuss what we want during the coming summer. She sends us an estimate. We pay 1/2 down and the balance is billed as the work progresses. Lori checks in with us from time to time. She comes to our house to do the work when it needs to be done. It is very much a "set it and forget it" process for us. Lori is a Master Gardener, so her strength is not bookkeeping. We check the statements to be sure she has charged us for all she has done and to be sure she has entered all the credits for payments.
