 + -1 moreThey have been very professional and cooperative. They have been able to help every step of the way. They are also a husband and wife team so they are in constant communication with service needs of each of their clients. I think their rates are very competitive and cheaper than many of those in the Big Sky area. We could NOT be happier that we went with their management company.
Description of Work: We use this management company for our vacation home in Big Sky. We use her husband for maintenance and upkeep, she manages the business activities and overseas all the goings on in the Saddleridge development.

 + -1 moreThey give you great peace-of-mind. They're very in tuned as to how a out-of-towner owner feels about they're property. They may be expensive, but you get what you pay for.
Description of Work: They did some property management for myself. We have a condo that we rent it out in the area and they do cleaning pre- and post-arrival, they report any damage to the condo, and also inspect the condo every two weeks to make sure everything is okay.
